Blu Magic Cell is a plasma generator composed of various as yet undivulged technologies, designed and built exclusively in Italy, this system can produce hydrogen and oxygen (oxyhydrogen or HHO) by water electrolysis using the same power as required to light a bulb, the implosive gas is ionized and delivered through a special vaporising nozzle. In contrast to the currently available electrolysers which use caustic soda or potassium carbonate as electrolyte, our oxyhydrogen cell uses distilled or rain water to make the fuel, without any electrolyte at all, to produce very high potential energy gas that is free from toxins or erosive vapours which can systematically damage the mechanical parts; Blu Magic Cell’s design and architecture, applied to vacuum flow and motion offers the greatest security and trustworthiness of the device and prevents lingering and ignition of flammable gases within the cell.
The Blu Magic Cell system is composed of a new concept cylindrical electrolyser with built-in tank, whose complete dimensions are 33cm high and 10cm wide, and which is driven by an intelligent PWM (Pulse Width Modulator) based electronic circuit, equipped with temperature and water level, gas pressure and 3D crash sensors; the cathode and anode are the cylindrical spiral plates of a supercapacitor in 316L steel optimized with a special life-extending treatment, and above that is the built-in water tank which can cause a vacuum flow as it can suck air from a parallel inlet that prevents pressure build up in the generator.
The implosive oxyhydrogen gas produced, is passed through an ionising vapouriser close to an adequate heat source, like a car’s exhaust pipe, through certain properly dimensioned tubes ad a specially calibrated flow rate, to become a non-explosive plasma.
Applications
Automotive
The principal applications are for vehicles with internal combustion engines and availability of a suitable electrical power source to power the electrolyser and an exhaust port that can be used to ionise the implosive gas, on reaching the operating temperature, which can be fed to the engine’s air inlet, so guaranteeing rapid combustion and a lowering of the combustion chamber temperature and improving performance: quieter more fluid running, elimination of up to 97% of CO emissions and a fuel saving of between 10 and 35%, on fuel injected vehicles with unmodified EPROMs and up to 60% on engines with carburettors or simpler electronics, like farm equipment, boats, pumps, generators and earth moving equipment. It is compatible with all hydrocarbon and vegetable fuels.
In palm, eucalyptus and rapeseed oil electrical generators as well as getting a great saving, it protects the mechanics subjected to thermal wear and tear so lengthening the life of the motor.
Water welder
The oxyhydrogen generator can also be used as a Brown’s gas welder for precision welding, cutting and braze welding, using about 120W and distilled water without additives; the purity of the flame produced is ideal for working precious metal as it contains no carbon at all which would otherwise leave marks and stains from unburnt fuel, also the high energy potential of the flame can melt metals like tungsten (with a melting point of about 3400°C!) glass, minerals and alloys, which woul dotherwise require vastly more energy to reach melting point; a great safety advantage with respect to pressurised explosive flammable gas welders is that no flammable gas is stored under pressure and the implosive flammable gas is only produced on demand directly from the water.
Kitchen and Bathroom gas
The Blu Magic Cell, water cell can retrofitted on your kitchen boiler by making sure the gas comes into contact with copper (if the boiler pipes are not already in copper, the you must put copper between the flame and the boiler pipes) and the nozzles on the stove or cooktop, so eliminating the risk of gas leaks, carbon monoxide poisoning and annual anti-pollution maintenance.
Gas for heating
Blu Magic Cell can also be installed on gas central heating boilers by burning high potential energy oxyhydrogen and saving up to 5 times the cost of gas.
Compatibility
Blu Magic Cell is compatible with all endothermic motors, boilers with copper tubing, it can be powered by renewable energy sources like photovoltaic, wind turbine and hydroelectric as well as from batteries.
