1. How can I place an order
Easy! After choosing your best product, enter ?show details? , determine the quantity and click ? add to cart?. You totally complete the order form and SEND ORDER.
 
2. How much time to receive my order?
Delivery time is related to the availability of products which will be passed on in the order confirmation or at the phone if you need an urgent answer write us by the contact form, your order will be shipped in one or two days unless otherwise specified, delivery time depends on destination country.
 
3. Are my given personal data sure?
Your datas are crypted and sent directly to our virtual pos, nobody can read what you have written because we use SSL protocol for data trasmission
 
4. What can I do if I have any questions about products?
For any question please send an e-mail specifying all your needs, our staff will answer you as soon as possible.
 
5. Is there any guarantee on sold product
Your order is under guarantee for breaking due to shipment, bad working or imperfection, it is VERY IMPORTANT to communicate immediately to our company (24 hours after receiving) the damage. You send an e-mail and wait for our answer, then you ship the product back. Please open the parcel in presence of the shipping agent delivery man and always control the integrity of the goods, otherwise it? ll not be possible to change or repair it under guarantee.
6. What can I do if I have to return products ?
After receiving our confirmation, use an EMS service and sent it in our charge.
 
7. How can I make any changes to a placed order (ex.: change quantity,etc..)?
Please send an e-mail specifying all changes you want to be made referring to our PO. Number that you find in our order confirmation e-mail. You?ll receive an answer informing you whether your order is changed or already processed.
 
8. How can I pay if I order on-line?
AThere are 3 choices : bank transfer, credit card, western union service. Accepted credit cards are: CARTA SI, VISA, MASTERCARD, POSTEPAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS IN PAYPAL CIRCUIT please make sure that data you put in are correct. Debit will be activated just the shipping day.
 
9. How is my order shipped?
Fedex or Ups express courier is our shipping agent, all goods are shipped ex works, expenses depends on destination.
